RETURN POLICY

Sorry, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on any of the following: (1) Loose Stones after they are mounted; (2) Special Orders; or (3) Merchandise that has been Custom Designed, Altered, Sized, Engraved, Warranty Registered and Dated, Worn, or Damaged. Merchandise purchased and held with a deposit, and not covered under (1)-(3) above, is subject to our 14 day return policy. Any request for a Refund or Exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. If merchandise is held by us for longer than 14 days, and you refuse to pay the balance of the purchase price, then, because of the dif culty or impracticability of accurately calculating our loss or damage, you agree to pay as liquidated damages the amount of the deposit or one- half of the purchase price, whichever is greater (Cal. Civ. Code § 1671 and Cal. Comm. Code § 2718). The liquidated damages are assessed to cover our costs of production, inventory costs, costs of sale, overhead costs, and reasonable pro t. No exceptions will be made to these Terms and Conditions unless stated in writing on the original Bill of Sale at the time of purchase. In the event of any dispute or claim regarding any aspect of this sale, the parties agree to submit the dispute to Binding Arbitration. This shall constitute the exclusive remedy for any such claim or dispute. The arbitration shall be conducted according to the California Arbitration Act (Cal. Code Civ. P. § 1280 et seq.).

LIFETIME DIAMOND UPGRADE

At Davidson & Licht, when it comes time to upgrade your diamond, we will give you a full trade-in credit for the amount you paid, less sales tax, towards the purchase of any new diamond that is at least double the price. For instance, if you purchased a $5,000 diamond, you will receive $5,000 as trade-in towards any diamond that is a at least $10,000. On top of that, your new diamond can be any shape, size, color or clarity as long as it meets the minimum purchase price.
